Felix Pascual Original Oil Painting on Canvas "Woman in Studio", Spain, 1930s

Offered for sale is an original oil on canvas "Woman in Studio" by Spanish artist Felix Pascual Escribano (1893-1985). Pascal was born in Portugalete, Bilbao, Spain in 1893, and went on to study at the Madrid School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving. He was sponsored by the local government to study in Rome, Paris and London. In 1920, Pascal moved to Argentina where he taught at the School of Fine Arts in Rosario. Signed middle right. Measure: Canvas, 27.12" W by 36" H. Displayed in a substantiatial silvered molded wood frame.
