    Rare pair of Italian paintings from the second half of the 17th century. Oil on canvas artworks from the Lombard school depicting splendid vases of flowers with birds and insects, of notable pictorial quality. Noteworthy is the presence in the composition of small animals such as snails, lizards, grasshoppers and dragonflies. Ancient contemporary frames in carved, lacquered and gilded wood, with some loss of colour and signs of aging (see photo). Painting already restored with relining, replacement of the frame and repainting of the colour in small spots. Overall in good condition. Internal size H 71 x W 96 cm.
