Friedel Dzubas Color Field Lithograph, Orange, Teal & Blue Abstract, Signed 1976. Large color lithograph on heavy wove paper, floating in a period 1970s plexibox. Signed in pencil and numbered 121/144 lower center right.

Friedel Dzubas (Berlin, 1915 – Massachusetts, 1994) was a central figure in American Color Field painting, closely associated with Helen Frankenthaler, Morris Louis, and Kenneth Noland. His work is held at the Whitney, the Guggenheim, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and the Hirshhorn.

Plexibox refitted with new strainer, center support bars, and archival foam core backing.
