A PROBABLY UNIQUE PIERCED GEORGE III MAHOGANY FOLIO CABINET WITH DETACHABLE SLIDES
Of rectangular form and with 'D' molded vertical slats to three sides and having three slatted shelves. On each shelf rests a slide. The lower two with shaped sides and three pierced handle grips. The top most slide with plain shallow sides is possibly an extremely old (of the period) replacement.
The top most tier with shaped outer sides and incurved molding which continues down the legs. The whole raised on original brass castors. '
Height to top shelf: 31" (78.7 cm). -
