An interesting pair of vintage etageres that we don't see very often, these shelf units are crafted out of curved and welded iron that culminate in a turned metal finial in the crest. The form is tapered with four tiered shelves, each with a glass surface that rests on angle iron hooped frames. The shelves rest over scrolled feet and are finished in a green enamel paint. They make an unusual strikepoint piece with a bold and likely original paint.
Measurements: 67" H x 18 1/4" diameter
Condition Report:
Scuffs and chips to the paint; edges of the glass shelves are rough and several are chipped in the edges (but rest on the frame so this is not noticed unless the shelf is removed); ball finial at a slight angle on one; sturdy and stable.
