Pair of 1950s Black Perforated Sconces Attributed to Jacques Biny.
An exceptionally clean and simple design executed in perforated black metal shade with custom period-style brass backplate added for mounting over standard US j-box. The shade rotates freely on adjustable swivel, allowing for maximum flexibility and a variety of configurations. Quintessentially midcentury French in its conception and execution attributed to the incomparable Jacques Biny. Unmarked.

Professionally rewired for US electrical. Each lamp accommodates 1x 60W equivalent standard US candelabra (e12) LED bulb (LED only). Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
