Set of 3 1950s Vilhelm Lauritzen 'Christiansborg' Pendants for Louis Poulsen. Executed in opaline matte glass and brass. A lyrical and elegant Danish modern design with a sculptural form characteristic of Lauritzen's finest work of the era.

Vilhelm Lauritzen was one of the most innovative Danish modern lighting designers of the midcentury era. His refined designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.

Professionally rewired for US electrical with new cloth twist cord and new socket with custom period styled brass canopy for hardwiring over a standard American j-box. Accommodates a single 60w equivalent bulb. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from an authorized 3rd party vendor for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate. Some scuffs, dings, nicks and marks as largely shown in the images noted only for accuracy. Please note only one representative example of the lamps shown in the images, but all are in equally good condition.

Glass measures 5.5 inches in diameter x 6.5 inches in height. Cloth cord can be cut to desired height.
