Pair of Palmela Sconces by Casa Maciel - Portugal, 2010s
-
Description
Casa Maciel is the oldest and last traditional laetoria of Lisbon. The family run business was created in 1793 and was an official purveyor to the royal family of Portugal. All Maciel light fixtures are handmade in Lisbon and are unique pieces as such. They're signed and made in very limited quantities given the considerable amount of craft and savoir faire they require. Bespoke sizes and colors are available. Price includes rewiring for use in the US (excluding backplate).
