1970s one of a kind pair of Italian floor lamps by Smania customized with blown Murano glass shades by Barovier. These floor lamps with Art Deco design are unique, with a black eggshell finish. The design is enhanced by details of high quality craftsmanship: The carved wood ovoid-shaped stem inset in an oval recess, the handcrafted bronze edge around the base, the honeycomb pattern in the glass to match the crackled black lacquer, the solid Murano glass spheres worked with pure gold to highlight the pierced shape.
