A gorgeous small scale circular French layered gilt over gesso wooden mirror in the Rococo taste, dating to the latter half of the 18th century. Small areas of loss to the gesso, as to be expected with the age of the mirror frame, the mirror plate is a modern replacement.

Width 29cm x Depth 5cm.

Mirror Plate 12cm across.
