Description
Beautiful rustic Tramp Art wall mirror from the late 19th century in Austria around 1880. Elaborately hand carved out of basswood this over 140 year old Tramp Art mirror comes with a very dark brown, almost black looking surface sealed with a nice semi gloss finishing. This lovely rural mirror shows an artfully chip-carved frame with the very popular "Tramp Art" design. Slightly protruding corners finalize the amazing look of this stunning example of a Tramp Art mirror. The mirror plate has been renewed during the restoration process and on the backside you will find a metal clamp for easy wall mounting. Another charming, rustic mirror in our highly sought-after Tramp Art collection with an unmatched flair, coming in perfect restored condition.
