Description
Gigantic, one of a kind Black Forest wall mirror out of Austria, dated to 1919. This early 20th century elaborately hand carved masterpiece impresses with a fantastic open worked vine theme, showing artfully carved grapevines with grapes and very detailed leaves. Two additionally carved coat of arms can be found in the top center as well as in the lower center - one showing a "K", the other one a bunch of flowers.
A huge extraordinary rural wall mirror in landscape format that would fit perfect in a chalet, farmhouse and of course a vineyard. The old mirror glass with scratches and aging spots fits perfect and underlines the charm of this absolute unique wall mirror.
