French Early 20th Century Parisian Bistro Mirror
-
Description
Dimensions: 36 ¼” H x 71 ⅝” W x 1 ⅝” D
This large Parisian bistro mirror from circa 1920 (or earlier) is in delightful antique condition. The central mirror plate is undecorated except for a curious streak of dark foxing, bordered by smaller mirrored panels that are cut with stylized foliate motifs in brilliant facets. Oriented for mounting horizontally, this would be a fabulous mirror over a large mantel, or bar to create that inviting atmosphere of a French brasserie at home.
