This refined and sculptural modernist sofa was handcrafted by artisans in New York state, by High Style Deco, inspired by a timeless 1940s design. The piece seamlessly combines the old world elegance of 1940s Europe with the economy of modern American design, achieving a sensibility that is at once dramatic and understated. Its clean lines and sophisticated palate make this piece is as versatile as it is stunning, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Art Deco to contemporary. It has been newly upholstered in a striated aquamarine velvet and is in excellent condition. This piece can be custom made to the client's specifications, such as in bespoke dimensions as well as in the client's own materials.
