This elegant Viennese Biedermeier bench was made in circa 1825.
Viennese Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design, excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design.
The bench has a lovely walnut veneer accentuated by a deep amber tone of french polish finish and 200 years old patina. It sits well and is very comfortable.
The upholstery beautifully emphasizes the warm amber shade of the walnut wood.
The piece will be a great complement to any elegant interior. It does not matter whether it is a classic or modern interior because Biedermeier is simply timeless.
The construction of the piece is very solid and steady.
