Three Designs for Leisure swivel bar stools in bright and brushed metalwork, USA, 1980s. 3 nickel-plated steel and aluminum by Designs for Leisure of Mt. Kisko New York. The now a defunct company, was a high quality seating resource for the interior design trade, in the day. These stools would often be found on luxury yachts, homes, etc. in the 1970s to the 1990s. Constructed with highly polished steel backrests, polished aluminum reeded columns, and brushed steel bases. Upholstered in red Ultrasuede.

Condition is very good to nearly excellent. One stool with a slight blemish to the back of back, hard to see. Metal is very shiny and bright! Would recommend recovering seats & backs, but very comfy in as-is shape. All swivel well, with normal tolerance in mechanism. All original leveling feet intact. Each stool is very heavy. Very good vintage and original condition!
