Description
A petite 19th century French walnut Os de Mouton carved & upholstered bench, the scale is perfect for entryways or small dining tables such as in a breakfast nook. The bench seat and tight seat-back are currently dressed in a plain muslin fabric, awaiting your new upholstery. Four legs and undulating stretcher have the timeless profile of Os de Mouton carvings with additional fluted lines to underscore each scroll. Cleaned and polished with a French paste wax to revive the warm luster of the wood. Please note that the seat back is slightly uneven on the bottom edge, see the detailed images for a closer look.
