A lovely French Provincial Louis XV style settee or canapé recently upholstered in a gorgeous floral red and white fabric with 4 matching pillows two square and two tufted round pillows. The settee is finely carved with a serpentine crest rail and floral design on the top while the walnut wood shows age and patina on the surface. the arms are curved down to the seat and the settee is raised on five cabriole legs finely carved with acanthus design. A timeless piece that will add prestige and comfort to any living space and elevate any design style.

Period: 1900's

Condition: Good. Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. some cracks and patina on the wood frame as shown on the pictures.
