Amazing Mid-Century Modern George Nelson style slat extending bench coffee table. Classic slat wood coffee table bench. This table is exceptionally well made. Features extension sides that slide open for more surface area, clean lines and legs that taper down as they reach the floor. An Iconic retro slatted extending bench that can be used as a bench or as a coffee table, or even in entryways, accenting the foot of a bed, placed beneath a window or in front of a low-profile retro sofa. Danish Modern styling with long, tapered legs. Very sturdy construction. Elegant sleek profile and architectural form. Very solid construction, exquisite detail. Attributed to George Nelson. The original finish is in amazing condition, minimal wear.
