Description
These four early 19th-century Empire fauteuil armchairs, in the manner of the Jacob Frères cabinetmaking firm of the late 18th century, each feature a distinctive pediment-shaped crest rail, curved open armrests extending into turned legs on ball feet in front, with splayed legs in back, and with an upholstered seat and chairback.
