Vintage and rare "Grand Italia" black leather and metal daybed designed by De Pas, D'Urbino, Lomazzi for Zanotta, Italy, circa 1979. This iconic daybed consists of black enameled metal frame, leather straps and elastic belts, cushions down-filled, covered with soft black Italian leather. Maker's mark in the form of metal plaque is still attached. Slight and characteristic traces of wear due to age. Original elastic belts on frame were replaced with new ones for strength, better support, and durability.
