Fantastic shaped sofa designed by Arnold Madsen & Henri Schubell for Bovenkamp, The Netherlands 1960. Aksel Bender Madsen was contracted by Bovenkamp to work for them end 1950’s begin of the 1960’s. He designed and helped Bovenkamp to integrate Danish influences and craftsmanship in their furniture making. The sofa has a solid oak wooden frame and teak wooden arm rests. It is newly upholstered with cream white Richwool fabric and fully restored with preservation of the authenticity. This lounge sofa seats very comfortable and is marked with the Bovenkamp stamp underneath.
