Description
Mahogany open armchair of generous proportions, attributed to John Cobb/the St. Martin’s Lane Syndicate. With upholstered seat and back, the back having an unusual bombe shape with padded arms and carved show wood supports, the seat supported by four carved cabriole legs. Circa 1755.
