Description
Available today, with domestic shipping in NYC metro area included, This Mid Century Modern set of Four Dining Chairs in Caviuna Hardwood and Cane made in Brazil is nothing less than spectacular.
These chairs are made with a brown caviuna wood and have been refinished to a perfect condition. The soft cushioning on the upholstered leather seats make the chair super comfortable. Also, the chairs have a cane backrest which makes it really special! These chairs would be perfect for a small dining table and can fit in any type of environment due to the simplistic and clean design.
These Chairs are part of the lesser-known treasures within Brazilian design, which have yet to receive the recognition they deserve from the public.
Despite being overshadowed by the iconic designs of Joaquim Tenreiro, Carlo Hauner, Martin Eisler, Jorge Zalszupin and Sergio Rodrigues, these craftsmen and small manufacturers still managed to produce cutting-edge pieces that embodied the "modern values" of form and materiality. -
