This is a very high quality modern lounge chair sophisticated and elegant, clearly reminiscent of the designs of Milo Baughman. It is expertly upholstered with soft padded back and seat over sculptural “curved shape” banded bases, in a brilliant chrome finish. All screws are hidden inside of the framing behind the upholstery. Fantastic and beautifully crafted, the frame is surrounded in thick original vivid luxurious velvet upholstery. The seat and back rest are of thick foam, lending comfort and support necessary to enjoy this chair on a daily basis. Elegantly curved arms extend from the back in a curved rainbow fashion providing comfort and support. The back frame has a unique triple bar design. Great modern form, an icon of 20th-century design, curved lines give this chair elegant form and function.
Condition Report: Original upholstery, with light discolorations, no tears in fabric. Very minor wear to chrome virtually in perfect condition. Structurally sound very best quality, materials and workmanship.
