Percival Lafer MP-211 Jacaranda and Leather Two-Seat Sofa with Ottoman
-
Description
Sleek two-seat leather sofa designed by Percival Lafer in Sao Paolo, Brazil in 1975. Single leather 'sling' seat fits into the molded resin frame and is supported by steel enforced jacaranda posts. Round rosewood beads and leather ties re-enforce the seat to the posts and add a nice decorative element.
Leather has been conditioned and is in very nice, vintage condition with only minor wear. Supports have been refinished.
Comes with the original ottoman intended for the piece.
Retains 'Lafter MP Made in Brazil' Foil Label
Listed separately is a pair of matching Lafer lounge chairs and single ottoman (slightly different from the ottoman with this sofa, as the steel brackets differ from chairs to sofa).
Ottoman measures:
L: 31.75"
H: 16.5"
D: 23"
The listed dimensions are for the sofa. (Note the length factors in the posts, which extended beyond the seat.) -
