Art Deco Spindle Back Lounge Chair in Solid Wood and Bouclé. Europe, 1940s.
Stunning art deco spindle back lounge chair with a very distinct and curvy design - an elegant and highly interesting take on a classical wingback chair.
A wide array of wooden spindles spreads along the curved backrest to create a very original and distinct design. A newly upholstered seat and back cushion provide great comfort.
The chair comes in a very good and original condition - the wood is restored by a skilled woodworker and the upholstery in off-white bouclé is professionally renewed. Please note that the open and airy wooden construction of this chair is delicate and the chair has to be used accordingly.
