This Art Deco Machine Age Chest in Book-matched and Burled Walnut with Amber Bakelite Pulls originates from the United States, Circa 1935. Streamlined and utilizing beautiful geometric proportions characteristic of period Art Deco designs, the chest features beautiful bands of black lacquer accenting the top and bottom edges of the piece, along with Black Lacquer circumscribing the drawer pulls. The pulls themselves are milled in a beautiful hue of Amber Bakelite. Stable and well scaled, this low chest will style beautifully in a wide array of interiors and settings, from Art Deco to Mid-Century and Contemporary Spaces. In Mint Restored Condition.
