Description
Wonderful, elegant Art Deco Sideboard or Buffet in black piano lacquer and chrome, from France, circa 1930.
Walnut body with high-gloss black piano lacquer. Beautiful design with slightly curved front and standing on a curved base.
Framed at the front with original, newly chrome-plated decorative strip. Two doors on the sides, inside counter veneered in maple and also lacquered.
Two drawers in the center at the bottom and a lockable flap with open compartment at the top. On each side inside, there is an adjustable shelf in mahogany veneer and bright maple edge. Original, finely crafted and newly chrome-plated fittings and handles.
Two fittings on the doors with old Art Deco keys. Four original shell handles in the center.
Fully restored condition.
