Beautiful Mid-Century Modern Bassett tall dresser/highboy/chest of drawers circa 1960’s. Featuring beautifully grained walnut wood case and frame, housing five drawers. The top drawer with attractive sculptural pull. Maker Stamp (Bassett) on the inside of the top drawer. Each easy gliding dovetail drawers has beautiful stunning walnut grains, overall good original vintage condition, with exceptional craftsmanship. A recessed base of tapered legs and apron provide stable support while conveying an airy “floating” effect. Clean lines and timeless style, this showstopper will be an enhancing addition to any interior and also blend beautifully with many décor styles. Ideal piece for a bedroom, living room, or entry.
Condition Report: Good original condition, solid and sturdy construction, minimal light wear. The wood grain is naturally highlighted in a walnut pattern throughout, with a rich walnut tone.
