Stunning MidCentury dresser / gentleman’s chest designed by James Bouffard for Drexel circa 1960’s from the Meridian collection features a top drawer with divider. Makers Label on the inside of the top drawer (Drexel). Above a pair of center cabinet doors, the right cabinet opens to reveal one adjustable shelf and the left opens to reveal two pull out drawers. Below are two long drawers. The honey color wood and front drawer design, accented with metal pulls is beautiful, the whole rest on recessed tapered feet. This modern dresser would be just as stylish in the bedroom as it would be in an entryway or family room. Clean mid-century design that looks just as modern back then as it is today.
Condition Report: Original finish, with minor wear, Top surface with light scratches, overall nice surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy. Drawers operate smoothly, the base is tight level and supportive.
