This serpentine chest features four deep drawers with graceful curved fronts, crafted from richly figured mahogany with dramatic tiger-striped grain throughout. The original brass hardware and tapered legs are characteristic of the refined English Regency period, while the warm patina speaks to nearly two centuries of careful use.

Circa 1810, this piece reflects the English Regency style, which favored elegant curves and quality veneers over ornate decoration.
