The commode have beautiful highly figured maple veneer with lovely light deep amber color and 200 years old patina.
The brass hardware and locks are original.

The chest is set on graceful, elegantly shaped legs that give it an elegant lightness.

This commode is an absolutely museum quality piece of furniture from early Viennese Biedermeier period.
