Designed by Folke Ohlsson, this dresser or sideboard was made in the 1960s by DUX of Sweden. It features teak construction throughout, with bookmatched drawerfronts, 9 large drawers, and a solid teak base. On first glance a simple design, subtle features jump out the longer you look at it. Light curves in the opening of the drawer pulls, solid stretchers between the legs, and the dovetailing in the sides of the drawers. Our favorite feature here is the way the rectangular cabinet rests on the base section, with two long beams supported by the four legs. It lends an architectural and sturdy look that's becoming of the construction DUX is known for.

In very good vintage and original condition. Light normal wear manifests in marks and scuffs to the wood throughout, which can be seen clearly in photos. No structural issues and generally presents super well. You'll love this piece no matter where you put it.
