French 20th Century Louis XVI Style Commode

A glorious 20th century vintage reproduction Louis XVI-style commode from France, true to the spirit of an antique original with a marble top on a mahogany & beech wood case of three drawers. The white stone exhibits fine veining and a polished surface with a few areas of patina, shaped in turreted corners. Each of the three paneled drawers are trimmed in brass for luxurious contrast against the bookmatched wood grain; brass hardware includes textural ring pulls and escutcheons, however no key is present. Fluted legs descend from the turrets at the corners before tapering into brass sabot feet at the floor. Cleaned, tightened, and polished with a French paste wax this vintage dresser is ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images.
