Superb Louis XIV period Mazarine chest of drawers in thuya burl, rosewood, boxwood and walnut veneer
It opens with four drawers on four rows with crosspieces
museum quality piece from the early 18 century
The top is centered with a compass rose in a polyglobe pattern framed by circles
Sides veneered with a flattened rhombus in thuya burl in a walnut reserve
Straight top with crossbow movement front called arbalete as the drawers have a double movement
drop handles
It has its key which works
Superb patina and in perfect condition
