Pair of Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville Nightstands or End Tabls
-
Description
This handsome pair of nightstands or end tables was designed by Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville in the late 1960s. Made of beautifully grained walnut, these two-drawered nightstands have pleasing proportions, especially when paired with their chromed steel bases. This gives a look reminiscent of famous Milo Baughman designs such as his burlwood cabinets. These combine European functionality and American design sensibilities that result in a great pair of nightstands or end tables. You will love this pair!
Condition: Chrome is clean and bright, and drawers have clean interiors. Very good vintage and original condition. Tops will be refinished upon purchase. -
