Modernist avant-garde cabinet, designed by Belgian architect John Van Zeeland. A storage unit with art deco influences, dating back to the 1930s even though it has more in common with more recent art movements. It’s a rather avant-garde item and unique in its kind, as this piece was part of the interior of a Belgian listed building, "Dokterswoning Prové". In addition to the heritage building itself, the original furniture is also very valuable today. Other matching modernist John Van Zeeland pieces that used to belong to the interior of this building are available in other listings.
