Description
Large Biedermeier salon table with a round top featuring an outstanding radial veneer pattern composed of softly rounded segments. The refined design continues in the square base, with the corners articulated by small cylindrical elements with reeded decoration. These grounded elements are dynamically counterbalanced by a strongly waisted central column with dramatic tapering. The table has been professionally restored and finished with a hand-applied shellac polish.
