Custom Charles Hollis Jones "Treillage" Coffee Table in Brass, Lucite and Brass

Description
This amazing brass and Lucite coffee table by Hollis Jones is quite possibly his most exquisite design.
Known for his innovation with the use of Lucite and metal, Hollis Jone is a master at combining elegance and wit. The brass lattice work of the base shows his talent in seamlessly blending forms. The top brass lattice seems to float on air while the bottom lattice provide a solid base. Truly genius. This particular table was custom-made for a home in Beverly Hills in the 1960s and it was acquired from the original owner.
The table is in excellent original condition, the brass is clean and with a nice aged patina, the glass is free of chips or cracks.
Measurements: 82" wide x 36" deep x 16" high.
