Pair of Edward Wormley for Dunbar Occasional Tables

Sold Sold
  • Description
This eleganly wrought pair of tables was designed in 1947 by Wormley for Dunbar.

His made tables like these in both square and rectangular versions comprised of both single and double tiers. There are no known factory numbers for these pieces. Each is branded underneath.

The top and each tier has a finely wrought lip around the surface. The interior of the legs is champhored and triangular. The space between the legs is unevenly divided, such that the lowest tier is deeper to the next tier than is the top tier to the table top.
Bottom shelf is 5" H to top of the lip off of floor
Second shelf is 16 1/8 " to top of lip off of floor
