French Louis XVI Style Mahogany Console Table

Description
This demilune console was hand-crafted in France during the early part of 19th century in the style of Louis XVI. Topped with its original piece of white marble that has been professionally repaired and is surrounded by a 3/4th pierced brass gallery. The apron houses one true drawer flanked by a pair of rounded end faux drawers. The paneled drawer fronts feature a simple brass inset escutcheon and round brass drawer pulls. No key is present. Below is a wonderful shaped and mirrored lower shelf with a full brass gallery edge. Tapered and fluted legs terminate into brass capped feet.
