Description
Elegant roll-top writing desk, model 804, designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Bernini in 1963. Crafted in fine wood, with a leather-covered writing surface. The piece features ten drawers in the lower section, all with nickel-plated metal handles that preserve the clean, minimal aesthetic of the design. The interior is equipped with an additional ten small drawers and four open compartments on the back side, offering exceptional storage and organizational capacity.
Bernini is an Italian company founded in Milan in 1954, known for producing high-end furniture that merges traditional craftsmanship with modern design principles. During the 1950s and 1960s, Bernini distinguished itself through its meticulous attention to detail, use of premium materials, and dedication to quality and functionality. The brand became a benchmark in mid-century Italian design, celebrated for its timeless elegance and refined construction.
Every item LA Studio offers is checked by our team of 10 craftsmen in our in-house workshop. Special restoration or reupholstery requests can be done. Lighting can be electrified to the required voltage.
