Long single-board top walnut Italian console, hand-carved circa 1650-1689. Mortise and tenon joints, original forged iron trestle.

Origin: Italy Period: Pre 18th Century Materials: Hand-carved, turned and joined walnut. Forged iron Condition: Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Evidence of old worm damage (recently fumigated). All-complete with evidence of old restoration to one leg.
