the model is manufactured with original vintage parts of 50' and assembled in an original contemporary piece occasional table totally hand-made
ash, Carrara white marble, brass
the base is a circular marble sculpture hand-made in precious white Carrara marble, satined patina the top is a vintage rare ash dish, thickness 1,5 cm
the handle is a vintage brass round handle, brass rod
measures: height: 44 cm , dia:41,5 cm: handle dia: 3cm
very good patina limited edition, n.1/20 available on request in other materials
Lorenzo Ciompi designed this series of low side table in honor of the use of these occasional tables very popular in bourgeois homes in Italy in the 40s and 50s designed by great designers, from Cesare Lacca to Maurizio Tempestini, from Osvaldo Borsani and Gio Ponti

Lorenzo Ciompi is a private collector with a wide experience in Italian design achieved starting from the beginning of the 90's. His collection includes famous items designed by Gio Ponti as well as other well-known Italian designers such as Ico Pairisi, Osvaldo Borsani, Carlo De Carli , Carlo Mollino, Melchiorre Bega, Joe Colombo. A lot of furniture items projected by these designers were published on important magazines such as AD, The World Interiors, Elle, Domus.
