What distinguishes this table from all the other Luigi Saccardo for Arrmet dining table offerings is this fabulous large sharp-oval pink marble top! We say sharp-oval becuase of the elongated ends and the bullnosed edge treatment. Also prominent are the many wonderful colors and warm graining in this high quality polished marble. Colors range from light crimson accents, to pink fields, with brown & grey veining. The marble has an attached wood substrait. The stainless steel bases are attached to another wood platform, so they are fixed and do not move. The top is screwed to the base assembly through the bottom. The table is at least 200+ lbs, and is super sturdy! Designed in Italy and made in France, circa 1970s.

Last two pictures show how the table looks with a set of six chairs around it. I think there's still room for two more chairs to fit comfortably.

Condition: We mentioned that the marble is high-quality, and this is evident by the polished surface that is untreated, so no laquer or polyeurathene to scratch, chip, or haze. Maintenance for this top is easy: just use a marble wax once a year to enhace luster and durability. The stainless steel bases have been scurbbed clean, and show minor age-related scuffs. The wood elements have been repainted. The table is in very good to excellent overall condition. You will love the looks, condition, and practicality of thie table.
