An Elegant and Timeless, French Mid-Century Modern Neoclassical Brass Faux Bamboo and Patinated Mirror Double Tier Side / End or Coffee Table, by Maison Bagues, Paris, France, circa 1950 - 1960. The piece has a delicate faux bamboo form with thin sculpted frame and legs. 4 brass finials rise above the top level and the work giving it noble character. And, it possesses its original tastefully patinated mirror tops adding depth and an hand crafted, painterly sensibility to the table. It's double tier nature also adds to itf functionality and multiple use nature. Overall, it is an exquisite and sensuous work of French decorative arts.
