Depth: 20" // This deceptively simple feng deng (square stool) is a masterpiece of the harmonious design celebrated in traditional Chinese furniture. Clear in construction and pure in materials, the stool is a great example of corner-leg furniture, a box-like design with minimal decoration. The recently added marble top is a natural complement, pairing its aggregate stone pattern beautifully with the visible wood grain. Traditionally known as a stool, it is also easy to use today as a side table.
