Description
New England, ca. 1760
Maple, red paint
Excellent condition, retaining original red-painted base, original brass. Some wear commensurate to age.
Provenance: Bernard and S. Dean Levy, New York.
This Queen Anne table having a two-board scrubbed top above a drawer is supported by slightly splayed, turned legs ending on pad feet. The table is virtually untouched and has survived in a remarkable state of preservation.
