Fine Regency period rosewood library or writing table, the lobed top with satinwood banding and inlaid edge, over lyre base similarly inlaid and standing on boldly carved hairy lion paw feet, in the manner of George Oakley. Rich timber and exceptional carving. A wonderfully crafted and very sophisticated piece.
